Keyword density is used by search engines to determine the main topic of a webpage. Longer keywords phrases are much easier to rank then short keywords. So, use of long-tail keywords can help you to rank your post higher easily.
LSI or in simple SEO terms Latent Semantic Indexing keywords are the related words to main keywords. If you reached the maximum keyword density for your focused keyword in your post then you can use the related keywords instead of the main keyword in your posts. Using these keywords can also help you to rank in related search queries also. To find the LSI keywords you just need to go to Google or any other search and put your main keyword in search bar. Then, scroll down you will see related search queries there. These queries are actually the LSI keywords.
